Welcome! YvonneB here and I'd like to thank you for arriving on this course page. I'm a woman committed to getting women rocking their confidence and creating the life they desire and deserve.

In 2004 following my redundancy and what was possibly my worst ever year in my personal life, I felt deflated, incomplete and not good enough. I didn't like me, my thoughts or my behaviours. And I decided to do something about it because I knew they were holding me back. I took a huge jump into the world of personal development and never ever looked back.

I spent 13 years immersing myself in self development, rebuilding my confidence and creating the life I wanted instead of settling for whatever life delivered and I am on a mission to help hundreds and thousands (millions even) of women do the same. It's time to stop settling and start living. And building confidence is one powerful way of doing just that...
